The third phase of the project includes 14 apartments ranging in size from 29 to 64 square meters. Each of the two buildings features a swimming pool with a spa area, a ski room, and a designer hallway with beautiful masterpieces of Zakopane art. Villa Lilia also houses a restaurant and a Balinese spa. The entire Cyrhla Villas complex will comprise 54 apartments with a café, reception, and 16,000m2 of recreational space adjacent to the Tatra National Park.
In our plans, we pay close attention to preserving the original natural beauty of our investment. Cyrhla Villas is to become a place where families will spend unforgettable moments and will want to return. When designing sheds or garden houses, we skilfully integrate them into the green area to conceal their existence. We build roads and paths from natural materials with water permeability in mind, and we hide lighting among the rocks and grass.

We build using the masonry technology (partly prefabricated) with the aim of achieving high heating efficiency. We cover the facades of houses with real spruce wood, which acquires uniqueness with age. We cover the roofs with Swedish sheet metal with a 50-year guarantee. We make balustrades of toughened glass reinforced with almost invisible handrails. Each building is equipped with a lift. In our construction, we remember to optimise utility costs - including by using ground source heat pumps, water aerators, energy-saving light bulbs and photovoltaic installations.

In the future, we want to provide our guests with a level of comfort comparable to boutique hotels. A few weeks before arrival, we will offer to prepare a plan of activities tailored to individual needs – a mountain expedition with a Guide or cross-country skiing lessons with a Polish Olympian. We will take care of everything so that our Guests can spend unique holiday with us and … want to return soon. There is no room for boredom here!

Po pierwsze - nabywając je dziś masz prawie pewność, że ich wartość znacznie wzrośnie (ziemi budowlanej w Tatrach brakuje, ceny apartamentów osiągają już dziś poziom 25-35.000 za m2). Po drugie - Zakopane jest wyjątkowym miejscem na turystycznej mapie Polski z ponad 70% obłożeniem w trakcie roku (poza Covid’em do Zakopanego przyjeżdża mnóstwo mieszkańców Rosji i krajów arabskich).

Tatra hiking trails are so close that we do not have to move the car and we avoid traffic jams in Zakopane. Several beautiful scenic trails lead from Cyrhla
We have about 400 m to the charming church in Cyrhla. It is worth visiting it and admiring its unique location

A sauna and changing room located on a picturesque slope will be available in the Estate

Cyrhla Villas have 18 parking places, i.e. 12 places for flats and 6 cars for Guests
Each house and barbecue sheds will be "equipped" with photovoltaic panels (estimated power 60 kW). The houses will be heated with heat pumps efficient to - 35 degrees
We will equip Cyrhla Villas with a rainwater collection system and use it to maintain the green areas
Bird houses, hedgehog houses and feeders - we care for nature and animals
In accordance with the principles of the Eco Zakopane Certificate, we maintain the appropriate proportions of biologically active area
We will effectively manage waste with the least possible harm to the environment
We will ensure the use of eco-friendly cleaning products during the rental period
