Cyrhla Villas I is a beautifully located group of 12 fully furnished apartments. Each of the 110 sqm units has a 40+ metre long viewing terrace with its own hot banya. The boutique Cyrhla Villas settlement is being built on an area of over 25,000 m2 with access to a stream and forest. The buildings preserve the tradition of the Podhale region with a modern twist. We build in traditional technology, covering the elevation with natural wood using the so-called "flat logs", which gives it a unique character.
The natural beauty of Toporowa Cyrhla
The unquestionable advantage of this property is its location – in the highest situated district of Zakopane, far from the hustle and bustle of the busy Krupówki Street. Toporowa Cyrhla is quiet and located at the edge of a forest – this means you don’t have to get into your car if you want to take a walk in the mountains. This is quite a unique benefit when Zakopane is brought to a stillstand with traffic jams. In the past, Cyrhla was a small housing estate with pastures and meadows, where crocuses bloomed abundantly in spring. The first part of the estate’s name comes from the last name of the former owners of the place: Topór, while the word Cyrhla is derived from the Polish name for the incandescent method of harvesting forest clearings that was popular in the Carpathian Mountains.

A house made of flat wooden logs is warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and becomes more and more unique with age. The flat wooden log walls accumulate heat and regulate humidity. To be sure, we insulate them inside with wool and secure them with mossing and 30 cm boards. In a few years, the wood will work naturally, acquiring a unique shade of brown as a result. These homes’ modest shapes conceal rich interiors: a living room with a tall kitchen and a view of the terrace and the lake through the aluminum window frame. Maintaining these luxuries is extremely affordable, as the house is powered from underneath by a heat pump, and by the sun’s rays via the photovoltaics on the roof. You’re buying an apartment that will be ready to move into – with finished floors, bathrooms, kitchen and terrace… and the attractive furniture we selected.
We want to provide our future Guests with a level of comfort that’s comparable to that of boutique hotels. A few weeks prior to their arrival, we will offer a plan of attractions tailored to their individual needs – a hiking trip with a guide or cross-country skiing classes with a Polish Olympian. We will take care of everything in an effort to ensure that our Guests will spend their holidays in a truly special way, and… will want to come back for more as soon as possible. With us, there’s no way you can get bored!

The Bukovina Thermal Baths and the AquaPark in Zakopane are in the immediate vicinity – approximately 15 minutes by car
Tatra hiking trails are so close that you won’t have to touch your car. You can avoid the traffic jams in Zakopane, because there are some gorgeous hiking trails that start right from the comfort of Cyrhla!
The charming Cyrhla church is located only 400 m from the house. It’s worth visiting due its exquisite location.
The nearest parcel locker is 500 m from Cyrhla Villas.
A sauna with a changing room located on a picturesque slope will be available in the Settlement.
The standard of each apartment includes a Russian banya (a hot steam bath) with a diameter of 180 cm (for 6-8 people).
We’re creating a space for children that’s so entertaining, they’ll want to spend entire days there!
We’re also creating an outdoor gym with calisthenics equipment.
Toporowa Cyrhla is the perfect starting point for cross-country skiing expeditions.
Bike enthusiasts will find themselves in a paradise of sorts – both those looking for challenges on roads, and mountain biking maniacs.
The greenery area will include two roofed barbecue areas for the Guests with artificial lighting, water and tables. The roofs will be equipped with photovoltaic panels.
There has to be plenty of room for cozy bonfires and barbecue parties.
Our Settlement is located near the forest and by a brook, but we also intend to plant interesting greenery to further enrich the natural beauty of the space.
Within a radius of 12 minutes by car, you can reach the Harenda and Nosal ski lifts, and the complex of lifts in Bukowina and Czarna Góra are also really close.
The garage carports next to buildings 1-3 will be equipped with electric car charging stations.
Cyrhla Villas have 18 parking spaces, i.e. 12 spaces for the apartment residents, and 6 spaces for Guests.
Each house and the roofed barbecue areas will be equipped with photovoltaic panels with an estimated power of 60 kW. The houses will be heated with heat pumps that work in sub-zero temperatures of up to -35°C.
We will equip Cyrhla Villas with a rainwater storage system and we will use that water to maintain the greenery.
Birdhouses, hedgehog houses and feeding racks allow us to care for the natural environment and the animals that inhabit it.
In accordance with the principles of the Zakopane Eco Certificate, we maintain the appropriate proportions of the biologically active surfaces.
We effectively manage waste, taking care to minimize its harmful impact on the environment.
During the rental period, we’ll make sure to use ecologically safe cleaning products.
