Apartments can be built anywhere, but what sets Cyrhla Villas apart is the beautiful green area that is part of the concept. Over 16,000 m2 of forest and meadows in the mountainous terrain creates a space where you can find tranquillity, but also a way to spend time in a unique manner.
A mountain brook flows lazily in the ravine among more than 20 metres of century-old spruce trees. Meandering, it forms a peninsula on our plot where we will build the children’s huts. By using footbridges with handrails, they will be able to run endlessly playing robbers. Along the brook they will find plenty of places to hide, and in the evening they will look for gnomes and fairies in the magical forest. There will also be a winter swimming area and an illuminated waterfall by the brook.
On our green area, we will build pavilions with barbecues and pizza ovens, a yoga platform, a calisthenics area, a sauna in the woods and two heated outdoor hot tubs.
Right next to the forest, in a lovely clearing, we plan to build an eco-farm and an alpaca farm.
Our desire is to preserve the charm of the small village that Zakopane once was. Despite modern architecture, we want to draw on folk models, skilfully mixing the traditional with modern and intelligent solutions.
If you visit Cyrhla Villas you will be greeted by traditional carved entrance portals and pastoral-style fencing. You will also encounter many other tastefully selected works of Zakopane art.
In our Settlement we want to reconcile modern design, comfort and real old Zakopane. Therefore, the entire staff (reception, gardeners, cleaning ladies) will work in traditional highland costumes. This will make our guests feel a bit like the old days.
We cooperate with a group of selected artists and craftsmen who create true masterpieces of Podhale art. We carry out the restoration of authentic old furniture, which becomes part of the interior design of apartments and communal spaces. We take care to create the perfect harmony between modern interior architecture and original details.
The Cyrhla Villas settlement is open to guests from both Poland and abroad. We assume that at least 50% of our guests will be from outside Poland. Therefore, when employing staff, we will make sure that the Reception Desk staff and Consierge are fluent in foreign languages.

We have invited an outstanding team of architects to design our Settlement together - the world-award-winning Modelina Architectural Studio and Cyrhla-born architect Stanislaw Topór. Their commitment and collaboration resulted in a unique design.
The beautiful Zakopane villas of Witkiewicz, rich in detail and characteristic ornamental elements, became a source of inspiration.
The designs feature multiple dormer windows, false rafters and roofed verandas, all complemented by ornaments that are modernised in form and emphasise the structure.
Together with the designers, we have taken care of functionality and design, and the artworks subtly embellish the interiors. Apartments at Cyrhla Villas are finished to a premium standard, in a variety of visual styles. Natural materials of the highest quality have been used in each, while comfortable furniture and interesting accessories ensure comfort and create unique, cosy atmosphere in all interiors.

Holidays in Cyrhla Villas mean relaxation, contact with nature and…. freedom. You can spend your time as you wish and at your own rhythm. We offer the possibility of preparing a tailor-made plan of attractions a few weeks before arrival. But the truth is – if you want to spend some lazy time, slow down the daily hustle and bustle of life, you don’t have to go outside Cyrhla Villas. Simply enjoy the attractions that await you in our green area.

By the brook there will be a winter swimming area, a yoga platform, a calisthenics area, a sauna in the woods, two heated outdoor hot tubs and a picturesque illuminated waterfall, pavilions with barbecues and pizza ovens.
For our guests, we will prepare a bicycle and scooter rental (including children's bicycles, child seats, trailers and electric bicycles) and ski equipment rental (including cross-country skis, skitours, sleds and sliders).
For mums with younger children, we will create a sun-filled beach area on a specially prepared brook spillway. There will be places to rest in deckchairs, charming wooden tree houses and an outdoor kitchen for children to play in.
We will be launching a powerhouse of interesting activities so that children will not want to leave us. They will build shelters and learn skills useful in the forest. Nature lovers will be able to participate in botanical workshops. There will be guided hikes and discovering the Tatra mountains through the eyes of their inhabitants. Little artists will find fun in sculpting in clay and wood, painting on glass or creating vibrant green paintings. Future sportspersons will achieve fulfilment on trampolines and a sensory playground built especially for them.
Zakopane winter lasts 4-5 months and guarantees an unforgettable experience. We want to add some creative ideas to the traditional forms of spending time: mini sled husky team races and alpine slide, winter swimming at our brook with Finnish sauna rituals, mountain survival training for families run by Tatra Mountain Rescue Team members, our own mini-ski lift for children (right next to the settlement) for learning to ski and snowboard, snowball battles in snow fortresses among the trees, workshops for photographing mountain nature in winter and ice carving. warsztaty fotografowania górskiej natury zimą i rzeźbienie w lodzie.
Right next to the forest, in a lovely clearing, we plan to build an eco-farm and an alpaca farm. Ultimately, in addition to the alpacas, other interesting animals will also find their place there. Our intention is to create an attraction for children not only to feed, but to stay and care for the animals. We believe that in this way they will gain respect for animals and nature.
Our idea is to offer our guests a comprehensive renewal.

We will build a real Balinese SPA in the Polish mountains, where you will be able to experience rituals and massages performed by our qualified masseuses straight from Bali, schedule beauty treatments such as manicure and pedicure (also for children as part of the fun together with their mums), try acupuncture performed by outstanding experts and relax in herbal, relaxing baths.
