Each apartment in the Settlement has the same layout and equipment.

Garage carports are available for apartments 1A-3B, each with the capacity for two cars and with an electric vehicle charging station. Apartments 4A-6B have one parking spot each in the vicinity of the building.

There is a ski / bicycle storage room in the basement of building no. 5, where each apartment will have its own assigned electrical ski boot dryer and space for skiing equipment. The remaining part of the basements will be used for utility storage, including bedding, baby carriers, children’s car seats, cots, etc.

Beneath the terraces of buildings 4 and 6, a children’s play area will be set up – especially for smaller children that will need to be watched by their parents more closely.
