Apartments can be built anywhere, but what sets Cyrhla Villas apart is the beautiful green space that forms part of the concept. Over 8,000 m2 of forest and meadows in the mountainous terrain create a space where you can find peace and a unique way to spend time.
A mountain stream flows lazily among the 20-meter-tall, ancient spruce trees in the gorge. The Cyrhla Villas directly border the Tatra National Park. Located in the highest district of Zakopane, it guarantees clean air and allows you to avoid traffic jams – mountain hikes are possible directly from the village. The proximity of the Tatra National Park allows for direct contact with mountain nature in its purest, most pristine form. It also guarantees a constant, evergreen neighborhood.

Villas consists of 54 luxurious apartments located in 12 stylish
villas built in accordance with the idea of eco-thinking.
The green area around our villas is absolutely magical. A mountain brook flows lazily in the ravine among over 20-metre tall, century-old spruce trees.
At Cyrhla Villas, we combine boutique comfort with the flexibility typical of rental apartments.
We have invited an outstanding team of architects to design our Settlement together - the world-award-winning Modelina Architectural Studio and Cyrhla-born architect Stanisław Topór.
We cooperate with a group of selected artists and craftsmen who create true masterpieces of Podhale art. We want to draw on folk designs, skilfully mixing the traditional with modern and intelligent solutions.
We think and act green. At Cyrhla Villas, we implement solutions to minimise energy consumption and waste. We care for animals and birds (we build feeding racks, houses and feeders for them). We plan to set up an alpaca farm and an eco-farm.
Cyrhla Villas are built to the highest standards with meticulous attention to detail. We treat each project as if it were our own—we select the finest craftsmen and create a place unique in every detail.
